Suzanne M. Jones, 91, of Piqua, OH passed away on August 19, 2025, at Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County in Troy, OH. She was born October 9, 1933, to the late Theodore “Ted” Jones and Beatrice (Glaser) Jones.
Suzanne is survived by one sister and brother-in-law: Christeen (Sha) Kelkar of Loveland, Ohio. She is preceded in death by two sisters: Patricia Lange and Cynthia Canter.
Suzanne graduated from Piqua Catholic High School in 1951 and was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. She worked at Western and Southern Life Insurance company as the office supervisor for over 40 years. Throughout her life she enjoyed many things, but a few of her favorites were reading, taking walks, playing bingo and getting away for the weekend to laugh and make memories with her friends.
Funeral services for Suzanne will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday August 25, 2025, at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home with Father Steve Shoup officiating. Burial to immediately follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Piqua, OH. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Monday August 25, 2025, at the funeral home.
