Scottie R. Jackson, 61, of Piqua, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County in Troy. He was born on January 15,1964 in Piqua, OH, to the late Robert Harvey and Monnie Mae Jackson.
Scott will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all those who knew and loved him, he is survived by two daughters: Heather A Jackson and Hope A. Jackson, both of Piqua, OH; four brothers: Billy J. Jackson, Piqua, OH, Johnny N. Jackson, Piqua, OH; Sean N. Jackson, Piqua, OH, Dustin P. Jackson, Piqua, OH; one sister: Tammy M. Jackson of Piqua, OH; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother: Bobby J. Jackson.
Scott was baptized on July 23,2025. He was a member of the band Ate Up and was a craftsman, creating artwork using wood and resin. He was a poet at heart and enjoyed writing poetry, which some had been turned into some of the band’s songs.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
