PIQUA — The City of Piqua Parks & Recreation Department is launching a new summer wellness program, Evening Yoga at the Lock, offering community members a peaceful and energizing way to wind down their day.
Hosted along the scenic riverfront, this yoga series is led by a certified instructor from Satsang Yoga & Wellness. Each one-hour session welcomes participants of all experience levels and focuses on stretching, strengthening, and mindfulness as the sun sets over downtown.
Upcoming Dates and Times:
- July 23 – 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
- August 13 – 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
- September 3 – 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
- September 24 – 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Cost: $10 per class for Piqua residents / $15 for non-residents
Registration is required and can be completed online.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a positive mindset.
