Sharon Elaine Errett, 79, of Piqua, passed away at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, August 10, 2025 at Buckeye Forest Nursing Home. She was born March 9, 1946 in Piqua to the late George W. and Pearl M. (Hinger) Errett.
Sharon is survived by her niece and nephew, Diane (Michael) Besecker of Piqua, and Sam (Cheri) Robinson of Troy; also other relatives and friends.
Sharon was a graduate of Piqua Central High School, Class of 1964. She was a longtime, faithful member of the Piqua Church of the Brethren. Sharon worked at Orr Felt for some years, and in her free time she liked to go fishing at the spillway, and was an animal lover- especially her parakeet she called Baby. She loved going shopping for shoes and purses, and has quite the collection. Sharon was a kindhearted soul that could be seen as stubborn depending on the situation, but she enjoyed her privacy and was always willing to help someone in need.
