MIAMI COUNTY — All lanes of southbound I-75 were shut down Monday afternoon following a crash that injured at least one person, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes, approximately one mile before the U.S. 36 exit to Piqua.
The one person hurt in the crash was transported to an area hospital. However, the condition of the victim was not immediately known.
As of late Monday afternoon, lanes were beginning to reopen as emergency crews worked to clear the scene and restore traffic flow. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
