PIQUA, OHIO — A local Piqua business is opening its doors and its heart for a special evening in support of one of the community’s own. Friends, neighbors, and supporters are coming together to honor Aaron Crusoe, a lifelong resident known for his quiet resilience and kind spirit.
Aaron has been living with two rare and challenging medical conditions—Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Arachnoiditis. These diagnoses have brought daily hurdles, including chronic pain, nerve damage, and limited mobility. Despite these obstacles, Aaron has remained steady and grounded, continuing to face each day with strength and grace.
Now, as his journey grows more difficult, the community is stepping forward to show that no one faces these challenges alone. Hosted by Crooked Handle Brewing Co., the upcoming benefit will offer an evening of music, food, raffles, and heartfelt connection. It’s a moment not just to raise funds, but to lift up a neighbor who has given much and asked for little.
Community members and local businesses who wish to contribute raffle items or gift baskets are encouraged to get in touch. Donations and inquiries can be directed to Meghan Williams at [email protected] or by phone at 937-397-8936.
Events like this are a reminder of the strength found in community—and that in Piqua, people take care of each other.
