Samuel M. Millbourn, age 30, of Piqua, OH, passed away Thursday, April 24,2025 at his residence. He was born July 7,1994, in Sidney, Ohio, to Mark Millbourn of Piqua, OH and Lorna (Stanley) Millbourn of Chandler, AZ. Samuel married Caroline M. (Kimble) Millbourn on October 25,2016 in Sidney, Ohio and she preceded him in death on December 19,2022.
Sam will be deeply missed and remembered by all who knew him. He is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Joshua (Dr. Jacqueline) Carter, Chandler, AZ; three Sisters: Rachel Brown, White Sands Missile Base in New Mexico, Tracy (Mike) Fosler, Piqua, OH; and Erin (Andy) Taylor, Troy, OH.
Samuel was a 2012 graduate of Sidney High School. He attended Edison Community College in the post-secondary program and then attended The Ohio State University for two years. He loved to read and greatly enjoyed the outdoors and would spend time fishing and hiking.
A Celebration of Sam’s Life will be held at 6:00 PM. on Wednesday April 30, 2025, at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Stremmel officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
